One of the main purposes of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation System is the development of trade and economic relations, scientific and technical ties between the business communities of the Russian Federation and foreign countries. In order to fulfill this purpose CCI of Russia provides a wide range of services concerning foreign business activity support on the territory of Russia.
In accordance with current legislation foreign companies get the right to operate on the territory of the Russian Federation through subsidiary or representative office from the date of its accreditation. At the present time the function of accreditation of subsidiaries and representative offices of foreign legal entities is performed by Russian Federal Tax Service.
Before submitting the corresponding documents to the FTS of Russia in order to carry out accreditation procedure it’s necessary to certify the number of foreign staff of a subsidiary or a representative office of a foreign company in the CCI of Russia.
For accredited subsidiaries and representative offices the CCI of Russia provides services of personal accreditation of foreign staff as well as visa support services for the mentioned category of foreign citizens and their family members.
Moreover the CCI of Russia issues the permissions for opening representative offices and subsidiaries of foreign chambers of commerce, mixed chambers of commerce, federations, associations and unions of entrepreneurs.
The CCI of Russia also provides visa support services for representatives of foreign business, visiting Russia with business purposes.
