On February 12, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IFES RAS) . The document was signed by the vice-president of the CCI of Russia Vladimir Padalko and Alexey Maslov, acting Director of the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia has created a comprehensive mechanism for interaction with foreign partners, including with the countries of Southeast Asia, as well as established effective tools to support domestic entrepreneurs. Vladimir Padalko stressed that the experience of the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences as the largest scientific center for the comprehensive study of the problems of China, Japan, Vietnam and other ASEAN countries will contribute to the development of business relations in this region.
In turn, Alexey Maslov noted that the expertise of the state of the market in Southeast Asia, carried out by the IFES RAS, is one of the most important areas of the Institute's work. These data in the joint work of the CCI of Russia and IFES RAS will help to better predict the prospects for business development, identify the most demanded sectors of the economy and ways of interaction in the field of entrepreneurship development.
