The 15th annual Russian-British investment forum organized by the Russian-British Chamber of Commerce together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation took place at the CCI of Russia on Ilyinka Street.

“The main drivers of development in economic cooperation and trade relations with African countries come from our regions,” said Vladimir Padalko, Vice President, CCI of Russia, addressing the participants of the SADC Investment Forum on the 23^rd of October in Moscow. He emphasized that the key to strengthening economic relations between Russia and Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries is proactive development of interregional cooperation, participation of African entrepreneurs in local Russian exhibitions, regular multilateral informational exchange and organisation of business missions

On October 18^th during the discussion on new vectors of mutually beneficial partnership at a meeting of the Russian-Uzbek and Uzbek-Russian business councils the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin said that the interest of Russian business to work with their Uzbek colleagues was steadily growing. The meeting took place in Tashkent at the Forum of Interregional cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan

The 4th Forum of Small and Medium Business of the SCO and BRICS countries started in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The event was organized by the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan on business and tourism, the Administration of the city district of Ufa and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Russian-Luxembourg Business Forum took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
