The "Mercury Club" held its regular meeting in the Moscow World Trade Center. The meeting was attended by governmental officials, members of the Russian Parliament, scholars and businessmen.

Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2015 took place in Boao, Hainan Province under the theme of Asia's New Future: Towards a Community of Common Destiny. The Forum was attended by more than 15 national leaders from around the world. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. The Russian delegation was headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov. The Member of the Board of Directors of Boao Forum for Asia Sergey Katyrin, President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation leaded Russian business.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation held an organizational meeting to restart the Russia-Oman Business Council activity.

Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting with Russian business leaders on 4 of March. He stressed that the Government had no plans to impose any additional taxes and fees, nor raise the existing tax rates. It was essential to have the rules of the game stable, especially in the taxation sphere, he also added. The Government, said the PM, was going to use simplified tax collection regimes more widely, as well as to further facilitate SMEs regulation thus hitting the employment targets and assisting in the implementation of new projects.

On February 26-28 the city of Krasnoyarsk is hosting the 12th Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum. The event is carried out with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation.

This year's forum is dedicated to the discussion of the key areas of economic policy in the context of structural constraints and geopolitical risks. Participants of the event in the format of an open debate  discuss the problem of how to increase the competitiveness of the Russian economy, as well as the issues of import substitution and increased economic cooperation with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America.

The secrets of brands promotion were reviled at the international webinar «How to create a brand?» On February 25 the webinar «How to create a brand?» took place in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The webinar was attended by leading Russian and international experts in the field of marketing, representatives of the successful and developing companies in different fields of international economy.

Russian-Croatian Economic Forum was attended by Messrs. Sergey Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Luka Burilovic, Head of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and Ivan Vrdoljak, Croatian Minister of Economy, was held in the CCI of Russia. A narrow format meeting, during which a brief exchange of views on the Russian-Croatian Economic Forum, as well as on the current situation and prospects of business cooperation between the two countries took place, was followed by the Plenary meeting of the Forum.

On February 9-10, an extended meeting of BRICS Business Council was held in Brasilia (capital of Brazil). The Russian Chamber of Commerce delegation is headed by the President of the Chamber and Chairman of the Russian part of  BRICS Business Council Sergey Katyrin. On April 1, current Brazilian presidency of the organization changes to the Russian.
