October 29-30, CCI vice-president Dmitry Kurochkin attended the IV Investment Forum "Baikonur", which took place in the cities Kyzylorda and Baikonur (Kazakhstan).

Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Boao Forum for Asia (AFB) was held in Beijing. It was attended by the President of the CCI of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin that from March 2012 is a member of the governing council of the forum.

At the meeting of the President of China Xi Jinping with leaders of Boao Forum, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin noted the impressive economic growth of Asia and China in particular.

The meeting was organized by the Government of Khabarovsk Krai, the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, the Korean International Trade Association (KITA), the Ministry of the Russian Federation on the development of the Far East, the Russian-South Korean Business Council and Federation of Industries of the Republic of Korea.

In the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation was held Cypriot-Russian business forum "Health and Wellness: health and medical services in Cyprus." The initiators of the forum were the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and the Cyprus Commission for the promotion of health services. Forum dedicated to these sectors of cooperation between Russia and Cyprus, for the first time.

Russian-Syrian business forum held in Sochi at the meeting of the Permanent Russian-Syrian Commission on Trade-Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation.  

The parties discussed the prospects of cooperation between the CCI and the NPP of Kazakhstan, which has become the successor to CCI Kazakhstan. Questions were raised about the interaction of the RF CCI with subsidiaries NPP RK and regional chambers of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Fortaleza (Brazil), 14 - 15 July, the VI Summit BRICS hosted the summit of BRICS Business Councils. The chairman of the Russian part of the Business Council Sergei Katyrin and a delegation of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce attended their work.
